The Three Day Basic Canyoneering Course is a great introduction to canyoneering and thoroughly prepares you with fundamental skills needed to be a safe and proficient canyoneer. No prior experience is needed but experience climbing or rappelling is helpful. The three day course gives you the opportunity to increase your knowledge and experience as a result of traveling through 2-3 canyons with a guide and receiving practical hands on instruction. Each separate FULL day will be approximately 6-7 hours and combine instruction with application of knowledge.

This course is intended for, both, beginners doing entry level technical canyons in Zion National Park such as Keyhole, Subway, and/or Orderville canyons, or those with a climbing background looking to do intermediate canyons such as Pine Creek, Mystery, Spry, or Behunin canyons.

We want to accommodate you, so all our trips are private. As a result, start times can be adjusted around your travel plans and you will never be grouped with others unless requested.
